Latte Cookie
Ingredients
- 20 ml Chocolate Cookie Syrup
- 30 ml espresso
- 120 ml milk
Preperation

- Method: build
- Ice: -
- Garnish: cookie crumbles
- For the syrups in a mug
- Steam milk until frothy
- For the steamed milk
- For the coffee last
- Garnish & serve
Vanilla Ice Cookie
Ingredients
- 30 ml Chocolate Cookie Syrup
- 30 ml espresso coffee
- 2 vanilla ice cream scoops
- 60 ml milk
Preperation

- Method: blend
- Ice: -
- Garnish: -
- For the ingredients into a blender
- Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- For out to a glass with no ice
- Serve
Old Style Cookie

- 45 ml Aged rum
- 10 ml Chocolate Cookie Syrup
- 5 ml Blackberry syrup
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Preperation
