Tasting Notes
Appearance: velvety champagne yellow.
Nose: fresh banana, not too ripe. Sweet and slightly caramelic scent.
Palate: caramelized attack of the dessert banana, sweet but not too much. Melting texture, slightly starched at the end of the mouth (firm banana flesh, phloems) which persists on the palate.

Ingredients
- 35 ml Banana Fruit for Mix
- 60 ml apple juice
- 2 kiwis
Preperation
Difficulty level: ****
- Glass: highball
- Method: blend
- Ice: -
- Garnish: mint sprig
- For the ingredients into a blender
- Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- For out to a glass with no ice
- Garnish & serve
Virgin Banana Mojito
Ingredients
- 20 ml Banana Fruit for Mix
- 15 ml lime juice
- 25 ml Rum flavor syrup
- 10 mint leaves
- fill with soda water
Preperation

- Glass: highball
- Method: build
- Ice: crushed
- Garnish: mint sprig
- Smack the mint leaves in a clap and place them in the glass
- Ice up half of the glass with crushed ice
- For the ingredients except soda water
- Churn to incorporate all ingredients
- Ice up again to fill the glass
- Top up with soda water
- Garnish & serve
Banana Mojito
