Tasting Notes
Appearance: bright magenta red.
Nose: dessert-like raspberry, honeyed, caramelized, heady scent.
Taste: biscuit note (scone) nicely balanced with the subtle acidity of a freshly-picked raspberry. Lasting velvety texture with a floral note (honey) on the finish.

Raspberry Milkshake
Ingredients
- 40 ml Raspberry Fruit for Mix
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 100 ml milk
- topping White Chocolate Sauce
Preperation
Difficulty level : ****
- Glass : highball
- Method : blend
- Ice : –
- Garnish : whipped cream, white chocolate sauce, cinnamon, raspberries
- Pour the ingredients into a blender
- Blend until smooth
- Pour out to a glass with no ice
- Garnish & serve
Virgin Raspberry Mojito
Ingredients
- 20 ml Raspberry Fruit for Mix
- 15 ml lime juice
- 25 ml Rum flavor syrup
- 10 mint leaves
- fill with soda water
Preperation
Difficulty level: **
- Glass: highball
- Method: build
- Ice: crushed
- Garnish: mint sprig
- Smack the mint leaves in a clap and place them in the glass
- Ice up half of the glass with crushed ice
- For the ingredients except soda water
- Churn to incorporate all ingredients
- Ice up again to fill the glass
- Top up with soda water
- Garnish & serve
