Pure sugar syrup made from natural aroma of lemongrass.

- 50 ml Gin
- 20 ml Lemongrass syrup
- 15 ml lime juice
- fill with tonic

- Briefly stir gently

- 50 ml Green Tea concentrated Base
- 30 ml Coconut Fruit for Mix
- 15 ml Lemongrass syrup
- 100 ml coconut water

- Glass : tiki
- Method : blend
- Ice : –
- Garnish : lemongrass stick, dehydrated lime wheel, mint sprig
- Pour the ingredients into a blender
- Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour out to a glass with no ice
- Garnish & serve

- 40 ml Aged rum
- 25 ml Coconut Liqueur
- 15 ml Lemongrass syrup
- 20 ml lime juice
- 2 traits aromatic bitters

- Glass : cocktail
- Method : shake
- Ice : –
- Garnish : grated coconut paint
- Paint a line on the outside of the glass and dust grated coconut above for the garnish, and set aside
- Add the ingredients to a shaker
- Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
- Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- Strain into the chilled glass with no ice
- Serve
