Lychee syrup
Pure sugar syrup made from concentrated juice of lychee and lemon.

Tasting Notes
Pink color reminding of the litchi peel.
Floral and fruity nose.
Floral touch typical of the fruit. Slight notes of honey and fresh hazelnut.
How to drink it?
Dilute with water or sparkling water.

- 10 ml Raspberry syrup
- 20 ml Lychee syrup
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 70 ml passion fruit juice

- Glass : highball
- Method : shake
- Ice : cubed
- Garnish : raspberries
- Add the ingredients to a shaker
- Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
- Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- Strain into a glass filled with ice cubes
- Garnish and serve

- 40 ml Lichi-Li
- 120 ml pineapple juice

- Add the ingredients to a shaker
- Ice up 2/3 of the shaker with cubed ice
- Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass with no ice
