Pure sugar syrup made from natural mint and lime aromas.
No preservatives.

Ingredients
- 30 ml Mango Fruit for Mix
- 15 ml Mojito syrup
- 30 ml lime juice
- 60 ml coconut cream
Difficulty level : ****
- Glass : tiki
- Method : blend
- Ice : –
- Garnish : mint sprig
- Pour the ingredients into a blender
- Ice up the blender with a bit of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour out to a glass with no ice
- Garnish & serve
St Berries
Ingredients
- 3 grapefruit wedges
- 15 ml Strawberry and Red berries Sauce
- 10 ml Mojito syrup
- 60 ml cranberry juice
- top with soda water

- Glass : highball
- Method : build
- Ice : crushed
- Garnish : –
- Muddle the grapefruit wedges in the glass
- Ice up half of the glass
- Pour the ingredients except soda water
- Churn to incorporate all ingredients
- Ice up again to fill the glass
- Top up with soda water
- Serve
